Sometimes there are rental companies that take advantage of tourists and chargee them much more than what a local would pay. Last year I rented some buenos aires apartments and the prices were very low, thatwas because I did it with a serious company that would not do that to tourists! The key is a good recommendation of mouth to mouth!
